In the midst of an internal restructuring to support version 4.0 of Qwetch, we are currently looking for a Wholesale Account Manager to strengthen our Customer Service; position based in Aix-en-Provence (Duranne district).

Description
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you work with our customers and prospects to respond to their various requests.
On a daily basis, your main missions are as follows:
Enter orders on our dedicated platform
Manage delivery disputes and product returns
Manage after-sales service
Analyze account opening requests.
Respond to emails/written requests from customers (product questions)
Manage delivery issues (satisfy the customer and make complaints to (carriers, etc.).
As part of its development and brand image, Slokky pays particular attention to the quality of service provided to all its partners (Suppliers, professional clients, consumers).
